After submission of the ORDER FORM, you will be transferred to your WhatsApp and your order will be confirmed by 4 PM at most based on the availability of your medicines and the location of your delivery address. We have the option for in-store pick-up and our address is Singjamei Chingamathak Chongtham Leikai, Imphal West-795001. For location on Google Map, please scroll down to bottom of web-page and you will find the location there.
Our working hour is from 9 am to 1 pm and the working day is from Monday to Saturday with the exception of holidays.
Your order will be delivered on the same day we received your order if you have ordered during working hours of working days. For those who have ordered during non-working hour and non-working days, your order will be delivered in the next working day.
We are currently available for delivery in locations of Imphal Municipality & adjoining areas. We are planning to cover all valley districts of Manipur as soon as possible. Please select the locality option in ORDER FORM or Call Us to check availability of your location for delivery.
Delivery Charge is free for Order above Rs 1000. However, for Order below Rs 1000, delivery charge will be Rs 30.
Return request must be made through phone call or WhatsApp or email within 7 days after the order is delivered. We will provide refund within 7 working days after we received the product and the returned product qualifies the return policy guidelines.
